Long term holder here (from the ERI days).
In my opinion today's announcement raised some uncertainty around the numbers in the deal and what they mean in terms of $ for the JV and ultimately MXC.
I'd like to understand how much the JV is paying a third party for its raw ingredients (other than the CBD from MXC). At present we know MXC will collect (from the JV directly) around $5m for the CBD over the entire $40m contract, but we don't know what profit the JV will make (and what MXC will collect indirectly) without knowing it's entire production costs for the cosmetic product.
Any ideas?
