The listed 15 countries shipped 91.3% of global lithium ion batteries exports in 2016 by value.

Among the above countries, the fastest-growing lithium ion batteries exporters since 2012 were: Israel (up 2,046%), Malaysia (up 262.9%), China (up 195.2%) and Indonesia (up 75.8%).

Four countries posted declines in their export sales of lithium ion batteries were: United Kingdom (down -40.6%), Canada (down -33.3%), United States (down -7%) and France (down -2%).

Now gotta guess 6 more - assuming Australia is in the 18 "also-rans".
