I've speculated previously that they will build this plant at Kwinana where both MIN and BOC have facilities, with BOC also a long term supporter in terms of technical expertise I would consider them a likely customer. The other option at Kwinana would be the refinery which operates a hydrocracker.
Nice pick up from the quarterly, it seems initial scale just went from 1tpa to 1000tpa by mid 2018, this is a huge increase in investment and considerably fast forwards the time to market.
