i wouldnt even call that a gap...
CVI has traded at 12-12.5 many times in the last few weeks.
the gap in august between 11 and 11.5 was different, because CVI hadnt traded at those levels recently when the gap occured, so if price had continued up, the gap would have stood out like a sore thumb.
