Only an idiot would read the announcement on the 14th Sept and assume the contract is with Fedex itself..... It clearly states on several occasions in the announcement that Scharff in the service provider for Fedex... There is absolutely nothing misleading in the announcement....
It does not bother me if the signing is a day, a week, or even a month late, there isn't a company in the world that hasn't missed a deadline at sometime or other...
