Yes 38% clearance of schedules, not lots, not carats by quality or weight, or carats by value - it could be 70+% of lots and/or value for all we know. All I know is that people on HC literally shot the messenger (Vincent). Like he said himself, if someone had a problem, they should have told him from the first insta, rather than letting him go on and on and then only cracking it at him after they started getting worried by what he was posting (oh the irony - and some of those same silent sheep accused Dsite of insider trading).
