The main problem I see is that they announced on 2/8 that the FDA application would be before the end of August. It is now nearly end of Sept and we have not heard anything? Folk are thinking there is something wrong. It will continue to fall until some update is given as to the delay. I agree this is slack of mgt but seems commonplace in the mkt to say one thing and fail to deliver, for one reason or another, but not provide update to s/holders on the issues at hand. Very frustrating!
