    Doc,

How do you ignore the AISC of more than $2000 and still use figures which show them making a modest profit in the next quarters? They're making a $350-$400 loss for each ounce they sell... At 15,000 oz that's more than a $5M loss, not a $5M profit.

Have a look at the last quarterly which shows how much cash and bullion they have on hand, which is 9.8M. Assuming they keep going at the same AISC, you can deduct another $5M from that.

But let's make allowance for a spectacular turn around and assume that their AISC is at break even. (I flatly refuse to accept that they can turn a profit next quarter)

Now go to page 4 of Appendix 5B which shows the estimated cash outflows for the next quarter. That figure is just shy of $44M... If you deduct the $9.8M they have on hand you have a shortfall of about $34M.

Now they say opinions vary... but to me, these are very sobering figures indeed.

I went back and re-read the announcement which supposedly secures funding from Lind for the next 24 months at an amount of between nil and $3M per month BY MUTUAL CONSENT.

Assuming they can convince Lind to part with the $9M for the next quarter, they still have a shortfall of $25M.

So, unless they can convince someone to lend them $25M to cover their debts for the next quarter they will be insolvent. It'll take $25M just to cover the debt obligations, we haven't yet made any allowances for funds needed to keep the operation going for the subsequent quarter. Assuming, according to their own figures they need another $25M in production costs for the next quarter...

They need at least $50M before Christmas just to stay in business.

Does anyone think that they'll make a spectacular turnaround and become profitable enough to convince a lender to give them $50+ million dollars??
