You certainly gave it your best shot and I respect your thoroughness but in spite of the technical clarity of the CPS4 Prospectus 2 your BEN Registry contact was wrong. The lesson, and I have had it reinforced many times: telephone staff are just that and their depth of knowledge is not affordable. As an aside you may be interested in the returns offered by the new Australian Unity Mortgage products; better return than current hybrids.
