In a potential t/o situation it would be weird if the suitors didn’t try to keep a lid on the traded price. That is clearly what is happening. Note that the sell orders today were mostly being dropped on the ask price, not the bid.

It shows they are seriously interested - spending real money to try to cap the price. It also gives us more time to get set.

Either this will be a t/o for $0.50+ or ML’s credibility will be shattered. I feel pretty comfortable, even with an average price of 20c.
