I agree, the odds on that a takeover will be shortly, but I sold half my holding yesterday just in case to protect my capital.

The downside risk is quite high if it fails. The problem is that their hasn't even been an offer at this stage and I have been caught out a few times before in anticipation of a takeover.

If the price drops waiting on an annoncement, you can always re-enter lower.
