I think you might be right altru, the 1.50 area was tested again, and it bounced again.

"For the time being" SDL is tied to GBG's shareprice so it's in their interests to bolster GBG's shareprice as much as possible which will lift SDL's shareprice to a level where it becomes more and more unattractive to any other bidder.

Maybe GBG expect that the Lodestone results will boost GBG's price significantly and therefore lift SDL to another level too where it becomes unattractive to all other bidders????????
