Based on expected spend for next 1/4, the cash position will be interesting by March.
At this time there will be less than 3 months cash available and another CR will be required, if no substantial sales revenue.
As and when marketing approval is granted, the sales and marketing spend will have to increase dramatically, thus sales revenue will have to ramp up quickly.
In regard to the additional pts for the trial due to drop outs, have a read of the SARAH SRX trial in France for some indications of why this occurs.
