& gul - whats the relationship?

    I'm a bit lost as to the deal with AGM and GUL. GUL has a 10% stake in AGM. If AGM is doing OK, why would GUL shares drop so much? I've been looking at them for a wee while, and can't understand why the difference. I would think that these shares would be linked in their pricing, but maybe they are totally separate?

    Also, the info available on their website shows no recent announcements. Is there any other website that would have more info on them?
