But why upgrade 10m premises when only a few need it?
It's dumb and quite frankly not fair.
Why should the 95+% of premises who don't need it have to buy it?
I've had to pay for it twice, 13 years of paying extra to get fibre and now I pay again with my taxes, then probably again when I'm FORCED to sign up to NBN and they will give me LOWER speeds.
How is that in any way fair or even logical?
