The company's SP performance over recent months despite fundamental improvements is one that has had close friends and myself baffled for quite a while... continued analysis of the stock just continued to prove that this was heavily undervalued with the potential in blue sky territory.

Again and again we would ask the same questions until the penny dropped...

We believe Geoff rohrsheim's appointment was no mistake. Looking into this a little further and keeping in mind Nathan has been very vocal about the direction of Alcidion and the fact that an acquisition has been on the cards for a long time.

Along came Geoff - co-founder of Chamonix (www.chamonix.com.au). For those of you that haven't looked into Chamonix, the company has ties with over 60 hospitals.

Our interpretation of this is that the SP is being held down artificially due to the acquisition of Chamonix....

There has been no mention of a remuneration package for Geoff.

Interested to hear anyone else's thoughts on this.
