Do the research yourself, no public info released by either party to suggest CHM have basis for a claim.
They might weasel a deal with someone else - almost certain someone will be ripped off, or they get a free ride on someone elses back. Probably good for CHM holders, but not me. Hard to see value at $40M, where are they gonna syphon it from.
