A little bit of raw mince is all I would feed them unless you have a worm farm.

Had a magpie that would fly over to the front fence if I raised my hand.
It would sit on the back of one hand and eat out of the other.
It lasted for about 6 months then disappeared.

A week or so after the disappearance a raven took over its place as number one bird, it wouldn’t sit on my hand and was more timid.

It disappeared after 4 months but I have spotted both about 500mtrs up the road and they’re still holding that spot 4-5 years later.

I musta given them a dud bit of mince
