Losing money (lots of money)..is a loss and theres actually a greiving process attached to it..very easy to say ..chin up look on the bright side etc...but just not the way it works in reality. .."learn from your mistakes"..not really applicable here either...we were all mislead by management..its a different kind of reconciliation to come to grips with..
