Makes sense to me - SEV builds out the network and ENG provides the apps. SEV assumes the costs and the risks and there seems to be plenty of upside for ENG here but market seems suspicious of it.
To me its the most interesting thing that has happened in media or telco industries in ages but market response is complete indifference.
