No it is not a mine but empty shell where no one stay in!
If nickel up over $6 in quick enough time, it could be relisted. Even it could be relisted, who would pay for the relisting? How much did the shareholders lose in its first delisting and relisting? 98% roughly! Why could you get all of your money back if MBN could be relisted again?
No control means no one(including courts) would care about your money always. It is the logic of the market!
