I don't think any CEO should be worth this with such a consistently poorly performing SP. should be mix of shares and pay. hoping large financial institutions put more pressure here. unfortunately too many WP fanatics on HC anytime you make a critical remark they standup. I would vote for change anyday and woukd like ceo and coo spending less time twittering and focused on getting results.
