He says he just doesn't buy shares. So what happens when his options come close to expiry? I doubt he will convert. It has become clearer over the past few years it is more about the salaries than anything hence the wanting another big increase. Christ all mighty I'll personally approve a 2 Million dollar bonus for them all if they actually make money here. Until then preserve capital wherever possible or get on board and build trust so we can believe your the right person for the job as time is precious.
