I’m totally for the first strike.

One thing I always fear with new management is that we get sold out in a massive cap raising and the our holdings are reduced to no value.


I know that’s not a reason to not take action but we must temper our action so as to not allow this to happen.

MT has never sold out to the low ball offer. And they’ve had them. He doesn’t hold a lot of shares but there are people that do and have supported the cap raising a lot over the years.

Just a thought for this morning.
