Matt what do you want them to do re your above comment, do you think they can just summon up sick people at will for their trial! Your upset how long it's taking to get to the eighth patient yet your complaining that they've sourced more hospitals to help, because it costs more money!
Show me a business that can increase resources at no cost and magic up sick people at will to treat......no matter how hard you work!

I do agree however that the salary should be balanced with the stage the company is at, and it's running a little high at present.
On the other hand shares owned as incentive doesn't always work or can be a bit of a smoke screen for shareholders creating a false confidence.

Let results of the science and then the deals do the speaking i say. Patience and patients required here!
