Makes perfect sense to me. They will never get a ML for SJ unless they do more work and go through the proper steps like every other mining company in the world has to. That RM thought he could take a short cut just shows how incompetent he is at mining. They were supposed to have a JORC for SJ 10 months ago.
And lord and behold RM announces they are starting work again at SJ. Coincidence eh?

As for Kolosori the SIG does not want a small time DSO operation which will not make anybody any money except Axiom executives. How many times has RM presented their mining plan which includes bringing in outside contractors yet no progress. SIG are like sure that sounds great but behind closed doors they are like meh, let's see what else is out there. Oh look Chinese with big money
