ironfist-it is impossible for this placement to be those released escroweds you mention for the simple logic that the Company wouldn't get the $2MIL,THE HOLDERS OF THE ESCROWS WOULD.
Placements are of NEW Shares issued,they have a "diluting" effect on the Share Registry that MAY cause those who missed out from being classified "sophisticated",to top up their substantial holdings to maintain their percent.
