For the record:

I have just faxed off our proxy form with the following decisions:-

Business

Item 1 AGAINST

Item 2 2.1 AGAINST (my decision)
2.2 FOR

These are our decisions so please DYOR.

I encourage all shareholders to submit their Proxy Forms asap and request that where you can to vote AGAINST for Item 1 in the BUSINESS listed for the AGM.

This will ensure that a 'first strike' is listed against the BOD and that if the following 12 months do not meet our expectations as shareholders then we have the opportunity for the spill of the BOD

I really hope that they come up with the goods in the meantime BUT we cannot take the risk of letting this slide through again.

The major shareholders have had the clout to let it through every year for some time now.

I hope that they take the initiative this time to put pressure on the BOD and not be swayed by promises AND vote AGAINST Item 1.

There should be NO increase in salaries and/or other emoluments until such time as the plant is operating AND the company is making a profit! The emoluments should revert to previously made commitments!
