OK how about you find some info in the PUBLIC arena, like I suggested, that shows that CHM may have a claim, or are you just going to believe that statement on face value.

CHM was run by a dodgy mob with dodgy connections and former directors are being charged as a result. The so called documents in question that may outline a claim were from that era of of suspect management. Also, like I said, show some info released to the public by either company about these supposed transactions.

The claims are supposed to be based on a supposed sum of $3M being lend to NiCu which was supposedly used to purchase the tenements. Lets not forget that CHM got themselves in that mess mostly due to a missing $3M funnily enough. It was apparantly lent to another company to fund the purchase of their copper mine in Chile. That company is in the top 20 shareholders. Strange.

Even if they did lend NiCu (MMX) $3M what were the terms of the agreement, if there was one. Would it say that that money was specifically used to purchase the Jack Hills tenements? I think not. Would it say that as a result they were to recieve royalties from sales relating to the Jack Hills project? I doubt that.

Why do I doubt it? I cant any info to that effect released to the public by either company.

CHM has a JV with MMX over other tenements that have nothing to do with Jack Hills. Completely different tenements. Their JV existed before MMX aquired Jack Hills. They were to recieve 10% for every 200 grand expended or something like that, to a max of 70% or so.

Back to Jack Hills.
The Jack Hills project got into MMX's hands by aquiring another company altogether. I cant find a link between CHM and those that applied for the tenements (find the names of the vendors yourself). Also, it would have cost way less than $3M to apply for those ELA's in the first place.

Funny to see that one M.R. was involved as a vendor of Jack Hills, and also see who has been involved with CHM in the past. Good for a laugh.

For all I know, there is some arrangement, but stuffed if I can find it out in the open, which is exactly where one should be able to find it if it even existed. Happy to be wrong but at least Ive done some research into it.

I started looking at this company almost 2 years ago even though it was delisted. I wont give my reasons why. I must say though that it is strange that all these people that supposedly have some info werent around before this company listed. I checked the thread once a week for the last 2-3 months, and NOTHING, not even on the day it relisted???

Timing seems strange?

Hard to imagine a $40M project being vendored into this company dont you think. What will be the cost to the shareholders if that is the case. Whoever owns the project would be better off listing it wouldnt they?

What scerario can explain this stocks movement? I dont buy what has been said so far.
