If another company apart from Balron/smaller make an offer which is higher than $1.00 and is recommended by AHS board then it will be up to Balron to either make a higher offer or accept the offer on the table. It would be hard for them to sit on their hands. It could play out well for AHS shareholders IMO. Definately worth holding onto this stock. Impatience will cause loss of money.
