    You make a few good point but in all fairness the sp has been smashed ,, can management not go one year on a few hundred k salary without a bonus ??
    If they miss their 55 percent growth target by even 5 percent then that's another target missed and more decline in sp however they will more than likely get a large portion of the incentives .
    If they went this year without incentives and bonuses and managed to turn things around then I believe shareholders would gladly grant them bonuses at years end .
    They should be given bonuses on merit and not in advance with weak objectives and targets .
