I used to trade the bejaysus out of it in the 80c to $1 time, where it hovered for a while.
They all go through the stagnant stage - it's just a case of getting on to stay prior to each next leg up.

CVI seems to be about to hit another leg up very soon.
It's dithered around here waiting for pieces of a puzzle to come together.
Belive that's happened now - and yes, see a similar scenario to BMN quite possible over the next 12 months.
