Agree with you on that. It sounds like some precasters did say they would trial it and either didn't follow through or couldn't make it work economically. But we know it CAN be done. Like I said, I don't know if Valley Prestressed are lucky or good, but either way they now are going to make more profit than their competitors by using Edencrete.

What Eden didn't appreciate early on was that they have two different sorts of customers. Those who can use the extra performance of the off the shelf additive that will save money over the lifetime of the project (the DOTs and the rail car repair yard) and the other customers who want up front cost savings with more economical, environmentally friendly mixes without necessarily any performance benefit. That second group is where they need to make progress, since the customers for one reason or another, can't figure it out for themselves.
