Good advice that I hope everyone will take by being prepared to accept the AGM voting results and moving on, rather than continuing the blame game.
Last year the major percentage of the negative Remuneration Report vote was from US based institutional investors following proxy advice. I have doubts that will be so this year, since most of their expressed concerns appear to have been addressed.
