Here's a few thoughts , excellent announcement today but not a big lift in SP , why ? I suspect the volume of shares available and the price makes it very easy to trade the same shares over and over again .
When it's 16c to 17c , then back to 16c a good profit can be made for a smallish investment so it takes time for the availability of the 16c to disapear , when the punters have to pay 17 it becomes 17 to 18 and so on , the volume of share on offer make this possible . If we had 50% less shares available valued at 33c we would see a more rapid rise in the SP , it requires a much bigger outlay from the punters .
I was once in BLK and MOY at the same time and when gold moved the reaction was much quicker from the company with the smaller share numbers , I abandoned BLK a few weeks ago , they dream of 200k ounces but as yet can't keep up with MOY .
