Hey mate. Just investing in my other "future" right now...career wise...
But I'm still a bit skeptical of this rally in equities, especially as our new highs hasn't been reflected quite yet in the US.
There are some dark undertones, but I do have to say, from a purely technical point of view, BHP is certainly on an up and up.

However, we might start to think about picking the top if copper doesn't hold 8000, and october turn dates are realised.

Not doing a huge amount of analysis now, but keeping my short positions open. Probably against the trends here, but I'm actually a bit more comfortable with holding those and not watching them, rather than a long, especially after we've had a bit of an up elevator, rather than a slow, and sustained rally.

Something tells me that a confluence of efforts will be the turning point in the market, but I haven't done enough work to determine exactly when etc.

Having said all of this - I would have made a lot more money if I had kept my longs going just that little bit more, rather than convert to short a tad early.

    Happy trading all.
