    The timing of the announcements has nothing to do with whether or not FDA is open for business. It has everything to do with the first shipment of Oraline to Mexico and how quickly that first order can be filled within current production constraints. Big order = need to ramp up production = delay in shipping = delay in filing. All will be revealed VERY soon.
