Obviously they think it must be fantastic by the zero movement in the share price.

And I have "no ïnside knowledge" which is clearly a bonus as then you look at the facts for what they are and not what some over optomistic management want you to think.

What is certain is that they will run out of cash in less than 6 months so even if the merger happens it will be followed immediately with another capital raising. Then a consolidation and then further share losses.
