Why don't they treat it as a start up, and stop pretending they are running a successful multi million dollar company.

Have you spoke to anyone running the company? Do you actually know that that's what they are thinking or believe they are doing or is that just your opinion from a distance without any real attempt to try and communicate with them?

We know Andy the CEO is on something like a 91k salary

And from what I'm lead to believe the full time executive directors are on something like you said or $30 an hour..

Admit costs are high I agree but I also understand that trying to launch, pitch and run a tech company from all ends of the world is not like running a cafe.
