Correct, remuneration has decreased for Chair and directors, Chair has moved to non executive and lost STI & LTI I can't see any options incentives for any of the board?
It's a non event the resolutions will pass with proxies, sheer weight of numbers, this discussion is, as they say, pissing in the wind.
