    Surely they would have to be paid per tonne that gets fed into the plant rather than what comes out?
    If they provide low grade ore, the extra processing for less gold would obviously increase the cost of maintenance significantly.
    Charging per tonne that gets fed in would give the supplier an incentive to provide high grade ore.
    Just a theory.
