So, what is really certain about this company:

1. The disruptive technology works.
Who says it's disruptive technology? There's plenty of other additives and methods to gain the same property changes within concrete.

2. Trials and tests are being conducted and are proving it works.
Agree.

3. Trials and tests take time to run, report and incorporate in standards.
The main tests take 28 days and 56 days respectively.

4. The concrete industry is conservative and will take time to accept and uptake the technology.
The concrete industry is highly cost driven. The engineers and builders in high up positions are generally ambitious and eager to kick the next field goal. If a product was put in front of them which showed significant cost savings or benefits they would take it up in a heart beat.

5. Cash-flow is critical so some cash may need to be raised.
Agree, although the "some" is probably going to be a 10-15% dilution of the company at a significant discount.

6. There is growing interest in the technology based on increasing orders.
The growth of orders has been snail pace. The sales for July-Sep was actually lower than April-June. See Ramz post.

7. Interest from Asia is growing based on Korean trials.
A single announcement with no additional information is hardly "interest".

8. The time-frame for solid growth is 2-5 years and will not change unless a major company steps in.
Says you? How long has the first plant being operating for and how long has Eden already been targeting customers?

9. The upside is huge and will take time.
The upside is there if it pays off. Keep in mind Eden is already a $200MC company so any bonanza payoff will need a significant catalyst behind it.

10. There are many unknown unknowns with this company.
We know they have had the first plant operating for some time and they are not able to find demand for their supply, plus their cashflow is running out fast. The SP has dropped 50% since its high and no short term news is expected which could push it higher.

11. Announcements drive the share price and when no anns come the share price falls.
Sentiment and volume drives share price. People gambling on some magic announcement may as well hit the casino. This is why often announcements which are positive have no affect on share price as the sentiment does not change.
