    I guess our opinions diverge.
    18 months ago I asked a couple of mine managers I know what to expect of PYBAR team and was told they were first rate.
    But it is a big stretch to ask them to defeat mother nature with falling headgrades.
    So I didn't buy the hype that was around at the time.
