Taylor Ranch and Picnic Tree (CO) JORC resource

Scoping study 4Q07; Pre-feasibility 2H08.

Drilling 15,000m at Taylor Ranch - 4 rigs on site: Best
intercepts to date include: 4.6m @ 0.25% eU3O8 (from
67.1m) and 5.5m @ 0.204% eU3O8 (from 72.7m).

Taylor Ranch is an along strike extension of the Hansen
uranium project (39% EMC/61% Private, 30mlbs U3O8).

Eagle (WY) JORC 4.7mlbs U3O8; Cyclone Rim target
resource 3 - 5mlbs U3O8 4Q07 - both historic projects. Mid term ISR production potential. 1 rig drilling.

Ferris Haggerty Copper Deposit - Target Resource 1mt @ 5 to 6% Cu. 1 rig drilling.
