It would be interesting to know if the bulk of this came from newly leveraged Phone Names customers - if yes, then the acquisition was a wise move.

Phonewords is a bolt on acquisition (used to be owned by Telstra) which sells marketing 1800 numbers like 1800 SPRINT. It's got nothing to do with building revenue.
