Its action currently looks impressive. As to overshooting as in the past, Zeb's view which makes sense is there's more available supply in readiness these days to meet the coming demand. I suspect at least this could reduce the extent of an overshoot.

However, since when did markets ever just act rationally... But it doesn't have to "overshoot" much to reach U.S.$7 -8 /lb ($15/16000/t) for us to be in very "happy days" country. As guru Red reiterates it's A$ that matters anyway and what's required is probably circa A$8 ??? which is 5 to 10% away from current levels.

If price can break through the US$13,000 level, that'll be what's needed to hit $14/15k in this run. But that's the job ahead for now. Looks good since July though Kip
