raising capital isnot a problem....
the Todds who own 25% of CUE are the richest families in NZ.... they could underwrite any capital raising requirements as chump change that CUE may need and they have done so before in the past...
CUE have a great mixture of debt and equity which creates leverage for the firm...
some discounted share offer would be well recieved and the Todds would fully underwrite the issue...
The going concern assumption for CUE holds...
Im not concerned about this issue at all...
the risks of Maari production are more of a concern to me as The oil needs to be heated before it is extracted... so when production begins it willnot be one continuous flow of oil, flow rates will be stopped at times to build up temperature to extract the oil....
