"The Greek options for "their" word are "only" as I have shown here, (3 of) so who are you going to believe, Greek or Kingdom Hall, JW?"
Not sure which Greek translation you use but the references I used have "in the midst" as an alternative often used in non Biblical Greek literature of the time. Not being a scholar of Greek literature, I don't know if this is true.
Clearly the external Kingdom of God theological belief requires "in the midst" rather than "within".
In any case my point was only to show that different interpretations can always be backed up according to the persons beliefs. The Bible is not God's inerrant word and in many many cases the ideas are ambiguous and not easily understood ... especially by poor "blind Freddie".
At present you come to terms with this obvious fact with reasons such as Satan deceiving or God pulling the wool over eyes or not having the spirit of truth, not interpreting scripture with scripture etc.
This is not needed since it is a basic property of Human nature to interpret according to experiences, beliefs and life education.
