we are going thro a very serious reassessment period worldwide. no one can know what will come out good the other end. gold maybe but in aud terms ? property should but with high interest rates pulling it down ? woolies but with people paying more for petrol and cutting back on food ? it will be very difficult to find the best way thro this period.

mix of diff country gvt and quasi gvt bonds out to 2 - yrs should be part of the portfolio imo. some gold and silver. an unencumbered home. anyone throw in some ideas ?
