Wow, this is all very tiresome. To those posters reading everything they're fed from on high, perhaps taking a step back and looking at what the board has actually achieved (or not) might be a better way to assess their value and worthiness to continue in their roles (the subject of the vote after all).

Is/has the board providing good governance? No
Have they met their ASIC obligations re appointing Australian directors? No
Have they been remunerated far, far above similar ASX entities? Yes
Have certain board members continually provided misleading information about the state of business progress? Yes
Is a venture capitalist essentially leading the board, well suited to supporting this company at this stage? There's no logic to it
Should you not bother to vote, or vote against you conscience because the result is a 'foregone conclusion'? of course not

Again I wonder if the board was thinned out, restructured and moved to actually complying with the ASIC/ASX rules whether some serious institutions might become more interested.
